We have converted the FHGs to use h.264 mp4 for Flash instead of flv. Also, the galleries now play the flash in an overlay in the window instead of in a popup window.

And instead of doing 352x272 pixels and about 580 kbps in divx and mpeg in 3-5 minute clips, I did the whole video at 640x480 1megabit/sec Windows Media 9 (there's a link to this software on the page for this video) and then I did the mpeg in clips at 320x240 at 640 kbps. This means the image quality of the mpegs is about as good as the divx was, but the mpegs are a little larger in file size and a little smaller in picture size than before.
